Nell’ambito del progetto VIGOUR – Evidence-based Guidance to Scale-up Integrated Care in Europe, il ProMIS in collaborazione con la rete Reference Site Collaborative Network – RSCN e The International Foundation for Integrated Care – IFIC, organizza il 17 e 20 giugno 2 webinar per condividere conoscenze, esperienze ed elementi trasferibili del progetto.
L’obiettivo dei due incontri online è quello di replicare l’approccio multi-strato (macro-meso-micro) implementato per i gemellaggi VIGOUR sostenendo il coinvolgimento di una comunità più ampia di interessati, per raccogliere feedback sulle esperienze delle loro regioni e su come i risultati del progetto VIGOUR possano facilitare i loro modelli di assistenza integrata.

As part of the VIGOUR – Evidence-based Guidance to Scale-up Integrated Care in Europe project, ProMIS in collaboration with the Reference Site Collaborative Network – RSCN and The International Foundation for Integrated Care – IFIC is organising 2 webinars on 17 and 20 June 2022 to share knowledge, experiences and transferable elements from the project. The aim of the two webinars is to scale up the multi-layered (macro-meso-micro) approach implemented for VIGOUR twinning by supporting the involvement of a wider community of stakeholders, to gather feedback on the experiences of their regions and how the results of the VIGOUR project can facilitate their integrated care models.
