ProMIS – Mattone Internazionale Salute Programme will organize on March 26-27 2018 a workshop in Turin entitled “Integrated services: organizational healthcare models in the framework of chronic diseases“. The event will be an opportunity to compare national and international policies, strategies and good practices in the framework of integrated chronic disease management.
The event is supported by the ProMIS working subgroup which deals with “Fostering continual quality improvement and integrate service delivery”. The subgroup is composed by the following 5 Italian Regions: Emilia Romagna, Lazio, Lombardy, Molise and Piedmont
Representatives of the European Institutions, Ministry of Health, international and national Agencies will take part in the event.
The afternoon session of the first day will be addressed to the presentation of policies and strategies at European level.
The second day, the conference will be divided into 3 different sessions. The first one will focus on Italian policies and strategies for sustainable organizational healthcare models in the framework of chronic disease in Italy. The second session will be dedicated to the presentation of EU and national good practices. Lastly, in the afternoon session, some groups will be created in order to discuss about future European calls, about realizing position papers or other documents to be submitted to the European institutions.

Il Programma Mattone Internazionale Salute – ProMIS organizza il 26 e 27 marzo 2018 un workshop a Torino dal titolo “Integrated services: organizational healthcare models in the framework of chronic diseases“. L’evento sarà un momento di confronto sul tema dei servizi integrati nell’ambito delle malattie croniche attraverso la presentazione di strategie e politiche sia a livello europeo che nazionale e di alcune esperienze e buone pratiche nell’ambito dei modelli organizzativi per la cura delle malattie croniche.
L’evento è stato fortemente voluto dal sottogruppo di lavoro del ProMIS che si occupa di “Promuovere il miglioramento continuo della qualità e l’erogazione dei servizi integrati” ed è composta da 5 Regioni quali Emilia Romagna, Lazio, Lombardia, Molise e Piemonte
Parteciperanno alla giornata Rappresentanti delle Istituzioni Europee, del Ministero della salute, di Agenzie nazionali ed internazionali.
La partecipazione all’evento è gratuita. E’ possibile registrarsi fino al 19.03.2018
