Workshop: The cross – border care directive one year into practice

Ad un anno dal recepimento della Direttiva (Directive 2011/24/UE), concernente l’applicazione dei diritti dei pazienti all’assistenza sanitaria transfrontaliera, il Workshop intende fare il punto in merito alla sua attuazione negli Stati Membri, esaminando le implicazioni da essa generate ed esplorando le prospettive future nell’ambito delle collaborazioni transfrontaliere. Il seminario analizzerà il ruolo dei differenti livelli governativi, delineando le migliori pratiche sviluppate nell’ambito delle collaborazioni transfrontaliere.
