DESCRIPTION:\nENGLISH\nThe Italian Mattone Internazionale Salute Programme (ProMIS), in collaboration with the Reference Site Collaborative Network (RSCN) of the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing (EIP-AHA) will organize in Rome on 23-24 march 2017 the RSCN meeting at the Ministry of Health premises, Viale G. Ribotta 5 (EUR district).\nThe title of the event is “Transforming the challenge of an ageing population into an opportunity. The experience of the European Regions”. The 74 Reference Sites, awarded last December during the European Summit on Digital Innovation for Active and Healthy Ageing, will attend the event along with the Action Groups and European Commission officials.\nDuring the first day the presentations will focus on: the RSCN and its mission, the Blueprint document on digital health, the Twinning experiences and the PROEIP-AHA project. A round table with the AGs promoters will conclude the first day.\nDuring the second day selected Reference Sites will present their integrated ecosystems based on a Quadruple helix model where government, industry, academia and civil participants work together, underlining the investments undertaken, the challenges tackled, the lessons learned and the scale up strategies to be implemented. The event will be concluded by a round table with European Commission officials coming from DG Sante, DG Connect, DG Regio and DG Research who will discuss about future strategies and sustainable perspectives.\nIt is possible to find beneath the Programme of the event.\nThe registration is free of charge and you can do it by clicking below on “Iscriviti all’evento” under the blue logo. The experience of the European Regions”, parteciperanno i 74 Reference Site premiati lo scorso dicembre a Bruxelles durante il Summit europeo sull’innovazione e sull’invecchiamento attivo, insieme ai leader degli Action Group.\nIl primo giorno le presentazioni si focalizzeranno sul Network e la sua mission, sul documento Blueprint sulla salute digitale e l’innovazione delle cure, sui Twinning e sul progetto PROEIP-AHA. Infine, la giornata iniziale si concluderà con una tavola rotonda dove verranno presentati gli Action Group di EIP-AHA da parte di ogni singolo coordinatore.\nIl giorno seguente ci saranno le testimonianze dei rappresentanti di alcuni Reference Site che presenteranno i loro ecosistemi integrati premiati durante il summit, fondati su un modello a “Quadrupla Elica” che comprende gli stakeholder provenienti dal mondo dell’industria, la società civile, il mondo accademico e le autorità di governo a livello regionale e locale, evidenziando gli investimenti fatti, le sfide affrontate, le lezioni apprese e la strategia di replicabilità del modello anche in altre regioni, travalicando i confini nazionali. Infine, durante una seconda tavola rotonda, a cui parteciperanno funzionari della DG Sante, DG Connect, DG Regio e DG Research della Commissione Europea, verranno discusse le strategie future in
