DESCRIPTION:ENGLISH\nProMIS – Mattone Internazionale Salute Programme will organize on March 26-27 2018 a workshop in Turin entitled “Integrated services: organizational healthcare models in the framework of chronic diseases“. The event will be an opportunity to compare national and international policies, strategies and good practices in the framework of integrated chronic disease management.\nThe event is supported by the ProMIS working subgroup which deals with “Fostering continual quality improvement and integrate service delivery”. The subgroup is composed by the following 5 Italian Regions: Emilia Romagna, Lazio, Lombardy, Molise and Piedmont\nRepresentatives of the European Institutions, Ministry of Health, international and national Agencies will take part in the event.\nThe afternoon session of the first day will be addressed to the presentation of policies and strategies at European level.\nThe second day, the conference will be divided into 3 different sessions. The first one will focus on Italian policies and strategies for sustainable organizational healthcare models in the framework of chronic disease in Italy. The second session will be dedicated to the presentation of EU and national good practices. Lastly, in the afternoon session, some groups will be created in order to discuss about future European calls, about realizing position papers or other documents to be submitted to the European institutions.\nParticipation at the event is free.
