DESCRIPTION:ITA / ENG versions\nITALIANO\nIl Programma Mattone Internazionale Salute – ProMIS organizza i prossimi 5 e 6 luglio 2018 un workshop di respiro internazionale ad Ancona dal titolo “The commitment of European healthcare systems to prevent and manage the frailty challenge“.\nL’evento sarà un momento di confronto sul tema della fragilità e sulle relative dimensioni cliniche, psicologiche, sociali ed economiche ad essa correlate, e si cercherà di identificare un framework di implementazione nell’ambito delle diverse impostazioni regionali.\nParteciperanno alla giornata Rappresentanti delle Istituzioni Europee, OCSE, Ministero della salute, Agenzie nazionali ed internazionali.\nObiettivo della due giorni è affrontare la sfida dell’invecchiamento della popolazione, con particolare attenzione alla fragilità, nel tentativo di progettare framework di implementazione nell’ambito delle diverse impostazioni regionali.\nLa prima delle due giornate, con inizio pomeridiano, avrà come focus la descrizione delle priorità condivise a livello internazionale per prevenire e affrontare il problema della fragilità in termini di salute pubblica.\nIl secondo giorno, invece, si concentrerà sui differenti contesti regionali, in particolar modo su due diversi livelli: il primo relativo alle buone pratiche emerse in Europa cercando di individuare un “fil rouge” che le accomuna; il secondo riguardante l’identificazione dei fattori abilitanti e dei possibili scenari futuri dei servizi offerti dai Sistemi Sanitari Regionali, grazie all’utilizzo di nuovi modelli di business sostenibili. Particolarmente rilevante sarà, infine, capire come gli attori strategici nazionali della sanità pubblica possano supportare le Regioni a replicare e trasferire esperienze “vincenti” nei propri contesti locali.\nLa partecipazione all’evento è gratuita, previa registrazione. Finally, it will be particularly important to understand how the national strategic public health actors can support the Regions to replicate and transfer “winning” experiences in their local contexts.\nParticipation at the event is free of charge, after registration.
