DESCRIPTION:I giorni 28 e 29 ottobre l’Agenzia Esecutiva HaDEA, la Joint Action on increasing Capacity building for National Focal Points – JA NFP4Health, la Partnership for Transforming Health Care Sytems – THCS nell’ambito di Horizon Europe, la Joint Action on cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) and diabetes – JACARDI e la Rete Horizon Europe Health National Contact Points HNN3.0, hanno organizzato a Roma l‘evento Showcase “Synergies for integrated care”.\nL’iniziativa ha avuto l’obiettivo di approfondire la visione strategica del tema delle cure integrate, della prevenzione delle malattie cardiovascolari, del diabete e della salute mentale.
