DESCRIPTION:Il ProMIS ha organizzato assieme all’OCSE l’incontro nell’ambito del Progetto TSI “Towards person-centered integrated care in Italy”, tenutosi il 22 maggio u.s. a Roma (10.00-12.30).\nL’obiettivo del Progetto “Towards person-centered integrated care” è quello di rispondere alla necessità di identificare e implementare nuove soluzioni per l’integrazione dell’assistenza sanitaria e sociale, creando una strategia nazionale in grado di supportare un’effettiva integrazione di politiche sociali e sanitarie per migliorare la qualità dei servizi di LTC.\nDurante l’incontro è stato presentato e discusso il rapporto “Situazione attuale dell’assistenza sociosanitaria integrata in Italia e descrizione di buone pratiche internazionali, con particolare attenzione al social prescribing”.\n \nDOCUMENTI\nAgenda dell’evento\nSintesi\n
